Overview POSITION SUMMARY: We are seeking a results-driven and innovative Senior Vice President (SVP) of Food & Beverage to lead our culinary and beverage operations across all properties. This role will be responsible for shaping the company’s F&B strategy, maximizing revenue and profit, driving innovation, and enhancing guest experiences. The SVP will collaborate closely with property leaders and stakeholders to deliver exceptional dining experiences that align with the company’s brand and standards. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop and execute a comprehensive F&B strategy to enhance profitability, revenue, guest satisfaction, and brand(s) reputation. Lead, implement, and ensure compliance of enterprise-wide food and beverage programs and initiatives. Oversee menu development, culinary and beverage programming, and innovation, to ensure exceptional quality and consistency. Provide leadership and support to property-level F&B teams, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration. Analyze market trends and customer preferences to identify growth opportunities and maintain competitive positioning. Collaborate with operations, marketing, and revenue teams to align F&B initiatives with overall business objectives. Lead concept(s) development and implementation Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements across all F&B operations. Drive sustainability and responsible sourcing initiatives in line with company values. Qualifications 15+ years of relevant experience Proven leadership experience in food and beverage operations, ideally within a multi-property hotel management environment. Relevant experience with major hotel brands, independent hotels and resorts, condo-hotels, and private centers. Demonstrated expertise in culinary innovation, beverage programs, and revenue optimization. Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, P&L management, and cost control. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a history of building high-performing teams. Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution. Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, culinary arts, or a related field; advanced degree preferred. Compensation Range The compensation for this position is $220,000.00/Yr. - $260,000.00/Yr. based on qualifications and experience.
