About the Job
Brightly, a Siemens Company is looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Vice President of Marketing and Communications to join the Brightly team. This position will work directly with the Chief Executive Officer and Executive Leadership Team and will have responsibility for driving a diverse set of strategic go-to-market, communications, value proposition, and product marketing initiatives spanning the Brightly software and digital services portfolio globally. You will leverage Siemens global brand, infrastructure and services to establish Brightly as a global player in Asset Lifecycle Management across our broad set of industries. You will be at the forefront of helping to clarify fast-moving strategic priorities, tackle operational challenges and drive growth and innovation. The successful applicant will foster a high performing marketing and communications team creating a culture of mentoring and nurturing. What you will do
The successful Senior Vice President of Marketing and Communications will be responsible for, but not limited to:
Strategic Marketing and Communications Leadership:
Developing and owning a cohesive strategy that educates the market and ultimately propels customers to purchase Brightly's solutionsClearly articulate value proposition and create market awareness through multi-channel go-to-market strategies to engage prospects, industry thought leaders, and analystsLeverage current customer and industry market data to drive decision making for company positioning and messaging to differentiate from competitorsDevelop segmentation, competitive analysis and market intelligence, prospecting, lead generation, product and market developmentBuild and leverage relationships within Siemens to connect Brightly products to the overall Siemens portfolio and value propositionDirect internal and external communications strategies, including employee engagement and media relationsOversee public relations initiatives and crisis communications managementDevelop and execute strategic copywriting initiatives across all marketing channelsLead event strategy, including corporate events, trade shows, and conferencesTeam Leadership and Development:
Attract, lead, and develop high-caliber marketing and communications talentEstablish trust and foster a culture of partnership, consensus, collaboration, and transparency across the organizationPromote a data-driven culture that effectively tracks ROI and establishes measurable KPIsEstablish annual budgets and plans that ensure execution, communication and fiscal responsibilityEffectively deliver internal messaging across Brightly and broader SiemensBusiness Partnership and Growth:
Develop global go-to-market strategy and execution plan along with sales and product Achieve key revenue objectives for net-new and expansion salesOptimize the sales, marketing, and customer success functionsCreate integrated communication strategies across Brightly and SiemensManage relationships with key media outlets and industry influencersBrand Development and Management:
Develop and execute brand messaging and cohesive identity across channels and regionsLead public relations initiatives and oversee external communication initiativesCreate and maintain comprehensive content strategies and editorial standardsDirect the planning and execution of major corporate events and thought leadership programsWhat you need
Experience:
15+ years strategic leadership in Enterprise/SMB Cloud/SaaS marketing and communicationsProven success leading high-performing B2B software marketing teamsTrack record of achieving measurable marketing KPIs and ROIExpert in digital marketing strategy and demand generationStrong product marketing and competitive differentiation capabilitiesExtensive experience in public relations and corporate communicationsDemonstrated success in event management and executionLeadership Qualities:
Strategic decision-maker with data-driven approachDemonstrated ability to build and develop high-performing teamsExcellence in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder managementAgile leader comfortable with fast-paced environmentsExperience managing diverse, global teamsCore Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fieldProven business acumen in competitive marketsStrong program management and execution skillsOutstanding communication and presentation abilitiesExcellence in crisis communications and reputation managementExperience in budget planning and performance trackingLocation:

The pay range for this position is $275,000 - $353,000 and the annual incentive target is 40% of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.
