As a result, they are seeking a highly skilled virtual assistant to provide dedicated family support, with a strong focus on childcare coordination and complex travel planning.

This role exists to provide seamless, proactive support that enables the client and their family to manage their busy schedules, childcare arrangements, and frequent travel with ease. The assistant will be instrumental in organizing children’s extracurricular activities, booking complex domestic and international travel, and maintaining detailed family expense reports. Hiring for this position ensures the family’s day-to-day operations run smoothly, freeing the client to focus on their professional and personal priorities.
The Impact you’ll makeFamily Scheduling & Childcare Coordination\nManage and coordinate children’s extracurricular activities, appointments, and daily schedules.\nAct as the primary point of contact for childcare providers and related services.\nAnticipate scheduling conflicts and proactively resolve them.\n
Travel Planning & Management\nPlan, book, and manage complex domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and transportation.\nHandle itineraries involving multiple bookings and special requirements.\nEnsure all travel plans align with family preferences and needs.\n
Expense Management & Reporting\nMaintain and organize monthly expense reports related to family activities and travel.\nTrack expenditures and provide accurate summaries for budgeting purposes.\nSupport light accounting and expense tracking tasks as needed.\n
Administrative Support\nAssist with general administrative tasks such as calendar management and communications.\nTake full ownership of assigned tasks and follow through to completion.\nAdapt to evolving family needs with flexibility and problem-solving skills.\n
