TYPICAL DUTIES 

2D

Support administrative duties including image conversion and resizing.  Retouch existing photography or CGI to a high standard.  Create and maintain visual assets of Ford vehicles and systems.

Animation/Video 

Support the production of short/long-form animated content for Ford vehicles and systems o Video editing and compositing and versioning 

3D 

Assist with the develop and maintenance of comprehensive 3D models for existing and new vehicles.  Assist with the development of low-poly data.  Soft-modelling data. 

Conceptual/Advanced Support: 

Assist in providing CGI support for advanced projects and engineering on special projects. 

Photography: 

Deliver specialized visualization photography services and reference photography. 

 

PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE REQUIRED/PREFERRED 

Automotive experience in a creative position of accountability, preferably with an OEM, Design Consultancy or Advertising Agency.  Demonstrated understanding of and proven enthusiasm for the automotive industry.  Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, taking direction effectively.  Strong commitment to project success. o Consistent, hands-on involvement in daily tasks.  Ability to work effectively within regional and global teams.  Excellent written and verbal communication skills.  Ability to work on multiple projects at once and learn new tasks quickly

SOFTWARE COMPETENCIES REQUIRED 

Photoshop (Advanced)  Proven experience in a 3D visualization software package  Poly-Modelling experience in Blender / Autodesk Maya or similar  MS Office (Advanced) 

SOFTWARE COMPETENCIES PREFERRED 

Autodesk VRED (Advanced) o Unreal Engine (Advanced)  Adobe CC (Experienced) o Autodesk Alias (Experienced)  Keyshot

Collaboration:

 Work effectively with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, Product Development, Vehicle Personalization and external agencies to ensure alignment with project objectives and timelines.
