Join our company as a Senior Visualization Developer within our Enterprise IT Advanced Analytics team in Prague, supporting Finance, Procurement, Human Resources, and related business partners by delivering innovative advanced analytics solutions. We are looking for an individual who can leverage their expertise in data visualization and business intelligence to drive decision-making through cutting-edge analytics.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement Business Intelligence (BI) solutions including the underlying data models that meet specific business needs and requirements

Design and maintain BI architecture to support analytics and reporting needs

Embed analytics into applications and workflows to enhance user experience

Provide thought leadership in the field of data visualization and analytics

Manage and cultivate relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals

Stay informed about trends and advancements in analytics capabilities

Articulate and drive business value through effective data visualization strategies

Qualifications

Required

Strong skills in requirements management, business intelligence, and data visualization

Expertise in Power BI, Power Query and DAG

Understanding of the back-end BI architecture

Proficiency in User Experience (UX) Design

Experience in tracking necessary KPIs and developing reporting or dashboards to communicate insights

Expertise in designing and developing user-centric data visualization solutions utilizing complex data sources

Strong collaboration skills to work with data engineering, data science, and IT teams to deliver business-friendly dashboard and reporting solutions

Preferred

Experience with at least two BI platforms (e.g. Power BI + Qlik, Thoughtspot, or Spotfire)

Custom coding skills in at least one scripting language

Domain knowledge in areas such as Finance and Procurement to build models across data types

Expertize in AI for BI, generative BI, and conversational BI technologies

Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

Networking and partnership-building skills

Experience in managing stakeholder relationships

Proven experience in project management
