The hourly range listed is an estimate. Pay at Cardinal Health is determined by multiple factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s geographical location, relevant education, experience and skills and an evaluation of internal pay equity.

Shift:
Monday: 7:30am- 4:30pm

Tuesday-Thursday: 8am-4:30pm

Friday: 8am-4pm

What Warehouse Operations contributes to Cardinal Health 

Warehouse Operations is responsible for performing/controlling a combination of manual or automated tasks necessary for the receipt, storage, and shipment of product. This may include functions of receiving, picking, packing, shipping, staging, transporting, storage, delivery, etc. Also responsible for the efficient flow of products from the point of product receipt from vendors to the shipment of products (via prescribed service parameters) to a variety of internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

Perform replenishments of product to primary picking locationsFlexibility to support daily operational needs as needed.Applies knowledge and company policies to complete a variety of tasksDemonstrates a working knowledge of jobs outside area of responsibilityMaintains appropriate licenses, training and certifications

Works on assignments that are moderately difficult requiring judgment in resolving issuesMay assist in recommendation of processes on new assignmentsAdheres to all quality guidelinesWorks with limited supervision. Work occasionally involves review of output by work lead or supervisorMay provide general guidance or technical assistance to less experienced team members

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED preferredProficient in Microsoft officeGood written communication skills 2 – 4 years of experience preferred
