The Role

The role of Senior Warehouse Operative is to be a key member of the team that supports & deputises for the Team Leader owning the relevant accountabilities of the role. This will include oversight of the branch, a particular task or section whilst working as part of the team ensuring jobs are completed correctly, on time and to the customer's satisfaction and within their SLA.

 

What you will do:

Provide high quality customer service. Assist in unloading and loading of goods. Picking and packing sensitive client documentation in line with SLA’s. Ensure the load is correctly placed and secured to avoid any damage in transit. Take responsibility for the file retrieval and collection process and ensuring a seamless transaction between Crown and the client. Create work orders. Input the data entry of all new files. Liaise with internal stakeholders on a daily basis. Take control and responsibility for the clients file assets. Ensuring all safety and security protocols are followed and met. Efficient distribution of files upon delivery.

 

 

Skill and Experience

Essential:

A minimum of GCSE certificated general education Health & Safety awareness Operation (and or IT) Systems Customer Service Skills Holder of valid current driving licence
