In the role of Senior Water Project Manager, we'll count on you to:

Plan, direct and monitor all aspects of multidiscipline Water/Wastewater/Water Resources or other water related projectsProduce and coordinate several projects concurrentlyEstablish client relations and be involved with marketing, contractual, design and production meetingsConduct schematic, design development and contract document work sessions at project sites in conjunction with Project Managers, appropriate technical professionals and other disciplinesCoordinate staffing and workload through entire project development to complete documents on scheduleWork with the Business/Accounting Manager, Project Controller or Company Controller and Department Manager or Managing Principal for project reviewsImplement QA/QC proceduresExecute training for personnel as established by strategic plansSupervise project staff and act as mentor for less-experienced Project Managers

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering 10 years related experience A minimum 5 years project management experience Professional Engineer (PE) license MS Office and MS Project experience (Access experience would be plus) Demonstrated leadership, business development and strategic planning skills An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must

The expected compensation range for this position depends upon skills, experience, education and geographical location. (Stated benefits are for full-time regular positions. Temporary and part-time roles eligible for limited benefits.) The salary range in New Jersey is $149,247 - $231,750; NY Metro: $150,938 - $215,625.
