In this role, you will:
Participate in variety of assigned and ongoing business operations to ensure success in meeting business goals and objectivesIdentify opportunities for process improvement by conducting root cause testing of all compliance and business metricsDetermine areas of strength or Business Execution opportunity within defined scope of workReview and research strategies and action plans to establish effective processes while meeting performance metrics and policy expectationsUtilize independent judgment to guide moderate risk deliverablesPresent recommendations to develop, implement, and monitor strategic approaches, effectiveness of support function, and business performance improvement opportunities for managing risks of the businessExercise independent judgment and provide guidance in diverse support functions and operations for a single business group within a line of businessCollaborate and consult with leaders and executive managementProvide work direction to less experienced Strategy and Execution staff
Required Qualifications:
2+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
Candidate must be a graduate of a bachelor’s degree or higher.Candidate must have 2+ years of experience working on event registrations in the hospitality and/or meetings and events industry.Candidate must have 2+ years of experience in event management platforms: Cvent, Lanyon and/or Aventri (formerly e-touches).Candidate must have extensive experience in UI/UX design experience, digital marketing, and events.Must have an advanced proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).Should be a self-starter, detail oriented, and problem solver.With outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.Must have an advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and API integration.Must have an advanced troubleshooting skills to addresses technical issues on event registration sites raised by planners and/or registrantsGreat active listening skills and exceptional interpersonal and rapport building skills.Candidate must have a patient and empathetic attitude with strong time management and organizational skills.Candidate must be open to work on graveyard shift and be located at Five Neo, BGC & McKinley Hill.

Review and research strategies and action plans to establish effective processes while meeting performance metrics and policy expectationsPresent recommendations to develop, implement, and monitor strategic approaches, effectiveness of support function, and business performance improvement opportunitiesDesign and builds simple, moderate, and highly complex event registration websites, mobile apps, and surveys.Serves as an SME/POC by providing best practices, training and guidance to team members.Oversees final checks, quality audits, website usability testing, registration, and reporting functionality from staging to go liveHandles complex and large-scale projects and works alongside project owners/planners/marketers to implement event registration website builds.Provides technical support, troubleshoot, and handle escalations throughout the build and launch process of the website.Supports and handles project and task queue management.Champions process improvements and project initiatives.Exercise independent judgment and provide guidance in diverse support functions and operationsWorks closely with partners, planners, and marketers.Performs attendee management/customer service task including:Prepare, monitor, and assess data metrics, data quality and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) then consult and/or recommend improvement plans or remediation stepsResponds to attendee inquiries and provides accurate, satisfactory support in editing attendee registration data (lodging, travel, attendee information and addressing questions or concerns.With directions from the Planner or Business Partner, communicates with attendees to inform about changes to event information or registration changes.Collaborates with planners and other registration coordinators on Best-In-Class way to maintain attendee information and attendee management tasksCreates data management reports with periodic analytic review for comparison of event registration information.Collaborates across business functions to identify and mitigate risks associated with the tasks.Maintains adherence to operational processes, report on inconsistencies and validate documentsUses multiple online systems and applications. Duties may include receiving and reviewing incoming work, contacting appropriate resources as needed; verifying accuracy; resolving moderate to highly complex customer issues using multiple resources and records; preparing, editing, distributing, and/or correcting specialized and/or complex documentsDrives the implementation, adoption, and execution of multiple event technology applications
