We are looking for a Senior Wellness Coordinator to join our team. This is a hybrid position where you'll work up to 2 days mobile, providing both leadership and WC support. As a Senior Wellness Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to take on responsibilities beyond the day-to-day wellness coordination, including training new team members, conducting interviews, and participating in leadership conference calls. You’ll play a key role in enhancing the experience for both our team and patients, driving success with your strong administrative and communication skills.

Responsibilities:Lead the training and onboarding of new Wellness Coordinators to ensure seamless integration and success.Participate in leadership conference calls, contributing to ongoing initiatives and ensuring alignment with company goals.Conduct interviews to assess and recruit new team members.Provide exceptional administrative support for clinic operations, including scheduling, reporting, and tracking performance metrics.Maintain effective communication across platforms (email, phone, video calls) with leadership and team members.Ensure smooth clinic operations, with a focus on customer experience, cleanliness, and organization.Maintain patient records accurately and assist with administrative tasks, including the completion of necessary paperwork.Support wellness plan offerings, helping new patients understand and enroll in the most suitable care options.Assist in marketing and sales initiatives to attract new patients to the clinic.Collaborate with the team to maintain a positive, healthy work environment and uphold The Joint Chiropractic’s standards.Providing operational assessments through in-clinic visits
Qualifications:Must have at least 2 years of experience as a Wellness Coordinator (WC)Current performance must rank in the top half of Wellness Coordinators within the area.Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with leadership and peers.Highly organized with strong administrative skills and attention to detail.Ability to be mobile and travel to different clinic locations as required.Experience with wellness program offerings, patient enrollment, and care packages is a plus.Proficiency with office equipment and software (Microsoft Office, POS systems, etc.).Ability to stand or sit for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds when necessary.Dedication to delivering high-quality customer service and maintaining a professional appearance.
