This job is posted as HYBRID, and requires up to 3 days a week from our Dearborn, MI office.

This role requires a in-depth understanding of wireless technologies, network planning, and performance optimization. The ideal candidate must be willing to collaborate with other teams on bug issues, new service offerings, new industry standard offerings and teach team members. Travel to customer sites within North America will be required. Ability to provide Level 3 support to customers and team members during and after implementations.

Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, or equivalent experience.Minimum 2+ years experience in networking . CCNA certification, or equivalent experience.Experience with Agile projects, and utilizing tools, i.e., Jira, Service Now. Understanding of network deployments, wireless standards, cabling standards and IP AddressingAbility to lead multiple projects in a fast paced & fluid environment.

Design and Implementation: Develop and implement wireless LAN solutions, ensuring robust and reliable network performance.

Network Planning: Conduct site assessments and create detailed network plans for new sites, upgrades, add and moves.

Optimization: Monitor and optimize network performance, addressing any issues reported by users post implementations.

Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of network designs, wireless configurations, ip addressing and changes.

Collaboration: Work closely with network teams, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of wireless solutions.

Troubleshooting: Provide advanced troubleshooting support for wireless & LAN network issues.
