**_Role Overview:_** The Senior Workday Integration Developer plays a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining Workday integrations. You will work closely with HR, IT, Finance, Accounting, and business stakeholders to deliver seamless integrations that enhance our Workday ecosystem. This new role is part of the Finance transformation as we continue the implementation to Workday from SAP so there will be opportunities for your work to shine with senior leadership. Your collaboration and communication skills will be key to your success in the role. This is a Hybrid position located in Frisco, TX. You will be required to be onsite on an as-needed basis, typically 1 to 6 times a month. We are only considering candidates within a commutable distance to Frisco and are not offering relocation assistance at this time. **About the Role:** • Design, develop, and maintain integrations between Workday and external systems using Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, and APIs • Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, Accounting, and IT teams to understand integration requirements and deliver scalable solutions • Troubleshoot and resolve Workday integration issues while ensuring data accuracy and system reliability • Optimize integration performance and monitor system health, ensuring compliance with security and governance standards • Provide technical expertise on Workday updates, enhancements, and new features • Document integration processes, best practices, and technical specifications • Support end-to-end testing and provide guidance on Workday integration strategies **About You:** • At least 5+ years (we’d love more!) of experience in Workday integration development • Strong hands-on experience with Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, Web Services (REST/SOAP), and APIs • Experience with Workday security configurations and integration architecture • Proficiency in XML, XSLT, JSON, and middleware technologies • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Experience with Workday Prism Analytics and Workday Extend preferred • Workday Integration certification is a plus • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Understand the implications of the changes you make • Sense of ownership • Effective in prioritizing work and following through on commitments and deadlines • Enjoy working within a collaborative work environment \#LI-Hybrid **_Company Overview_** McAfee is a leader in personal security for consumers.
