Workforce Planning / System Configuration
Ensuring timely initiation and management of workforce planning cycles across ZEISS Group
Provisioning, configuring and managing systems to meet evolving business needs
Setting up new users, supervisory organizations, versions and active directory administration
Assisting in short-term and long-term workforce plans aligned with organizational goals, including demand forecasting and scenario planning.
Performance Monitoring
Monitoring system health by key metrics to ensure that it runs smoothly, identify areas for improvement, and provide actionable insights
Identifying ways to standardize and automate workforce processes for enhanced efficiency
Implementing quality control systems for data and reporting accuracy
Reporting & Insights
Building and customize regular and ad-hoc workforce planning scenarios, models, and dashboards per request
Ensuring data accuracy and integrity across various HR systems and reporting tools
Collaboration & Training
Collaborating with HR and technology teams to maintain and improve HRIS systems
Supporting workforce planning and strategic initiatives through data-driven insights
Educating stakeholders on interpreting workforce data and metrics
Your profileBachelor’s degree in data science, statistics, human resources, business administration, or a related field
2+ years of building and configuring data models in Workday Adaptive Planning
Sound understanding of the principles of data collection, data processing, and data management
Ability to interpret charts, reports, and visualisations
Advanced proficiency in database management and security
Strong problem-solving and analytical reasoning abilities
Full proficiency in English, German would be a plus
