Our Client, a global leader in Workplace Design, is looking for a Senior Workplace Strategist to join their team in Toronto!
As a Senior Workplace Strategist, you will be leading a Project Team as you observe, assess and address our clients’ workplaces and their functionality; come up with innovative and thoughtful workplace strategies; then communicate your recommendations to both client and project teams, all with the objective of improving design quality, workplace performance, and ensuring alignment with our client’s business goals.

What You Will Be Doing
Lead the strategy efforts on projects, confidently managing client expectations and decision making
Provide recommendations with respect to workplace planning, design, architecture, wellness and sustainability
Collect and analyze qualitative and quantitative data to develop occupancy plans and planning studies
Prepare findings and briefs that translate large quantities of information into concise and visual recommendations
Research and analyze global shifts and trends in work behaviors to develop and improve recommendations with respect to the physical, digital and social workplaces
Take initiative to research the development and application of new tools that assess, measure and enhance performance and related human/ organizational topics
Who You Are
Minimum of 4-8 years working in a similar role within an AEC company or similar environment.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture, Interior Design, Strategy or related
CCMP, PROSCI or other change management certifications are an advantage
Knowledgeable in areas of Organizational Analysis; Human Behaviors Analysis; Data Analysis; Strategic Planning & Alignment; Change Management
Understanding of space densities and density planning
