SENIOR YARDI ADMINISTRATOR, Remote, New York, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Maryland.
Newly Created Remote Position! Supporting Conifer’s Growth Strategy
Overview:
The Senior Yardi Administrator is responsible for supporting Yardi end users to enable efficient workflow and good data quality, reducing system and team downtime. Experience in the Affordable Housing and strong customer service skills enables this role to assist with training and providing effective support and solutions to end users.

Responsibilities:
+ Serves as an operations-level Yardi administrator for the Yardi platform.
+ Act as an escalation point for the Yardi Helpdesk Team.
+ Analyzes system issues to determine whether a ticket must be opened or if users require additional training.
+ Provides timely responses in a professional, customer service-oriented fashion that resolves core issues as efficiently as possible.
+ Supports Training Specialist in mentoring, training, and developing users to be self-reliant in Yardi.
+ Keeps current on Yardi updates and system changes to ensure software is understood.
+ Assists with system upgrades, implementations and maintenance when required.
+ Assists with system setup and terminations when properties are bought or sold.
+ Suggests best practices for use of the software.
+ Performs other Yardi IT-related duties as required to accomplish the objectives of the position.
Experience:
+ Minimum 2-3+ years’ property management experience working in affordable housing market desired.
+ High level knowledge of affordable housing compliance programs (HUD, Tax-Credit, HOME, Public Housing) desired.
+ Good accounting/bookkeeping knowledge (AR, AP).
+ Prior Yardi Voyager Administration experience desired.
+ Demonstrated effective training/coaching/problem-solving skills to support property teams on utilization of Yardi Voyager software modules.
+ Excellent customer service skills to assist site teams and management at all levels with best practices and effectively resolving Yardi program issues.
Education:
+ Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field.
+ Minimum High School Diploma/GED Required
+ Property Management Industry Certifications a plus

The salary range for this position is $65,000.00-$75,000.00. The actual compensation may vary depending on a wide range of factors, including experience, skills, qualifications, certifications, location, etc. This range does not include additional forms of compensation such as bonuses.
