The Creation Coordinator role at Essex offers a master class in the mint tonality: responsible for the organoleptic evaluation, compounding, and formulation of mint oils, flavors, and food grade chemicals for a wide variety of applications.  From evaluating plants in the field to testing in finished products this role offers a wide range of duties and opportunities.  Working from our facility in Chehalis, WA, you’ll have the oppor
