Job DescriptionDevelopment and execution of the partnership relation with the clientManagement of the planification for this specific panel both on macro (business and research project) and micro level (expert panel session definition, set-up of test design)Moderation of expert panel sessions for training and evaluation purposesResponsible of panel performance: program questionnaire, analysis, recommendations, and action plan executionRaw data preparation for data delivery to the clientAnalysis, report creation and recommendationsResults presentation to the clientCoordination and execution of recruitment and selection of new panelist if neededDevelopment of the Sensory Team in collaboration with the other members via transversal projects (improvement of panel recruitment process, data analysis, panel performance analysis, etc.)Active participation to the development of SAM Germany by collaborating with the other research teams across SAM countriesQualificationsBachelors or Master’s degree in SensoryFirst-hand experience in Expert Panel ModerationStrong knowledge of sensory approach and statistics applied to SensoryConfident communicator in German, both spoken and written.
