Responsibilities:
* Work under direction of the Panel Leader or Assistant Panel Leader in the sensory evaluation of taste, aroma, texture and appearance of products and prototypes
* Documentation of results on ballots or appropriate computer software.
* Assist in tasks, such as preparation of samples for evaluation, as requested

Qualifications:
* Availability for 12 hours per week (3 days x 4 hours)
* Interest in an Interest in ongoing part time position
* Willingness to work on-site in Bridgewater NJ
* No health conditions which impact sense of taste and smell, no food allergies sensitivities or aversions
* Advanced sensory acuity, as determined through screening sessions
* Ability to describe different tastes, smells, and textures
* Good interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to work in small groups
* Working knowledge of computer systems and ability to learn our data collection software
