The Headlines: 

In the role of Sensory Specialist working in Fort Worth, Texas, you will be part of the Quality Team in brewery operations. You will be responsible for planning and conducting sensory panel evaluations on products, raw materials and in-process materials per Molson Coors quality system requirements.

 

This position reports to the Manager Quality Process Lab and works closely with Brewery Operational Teams.

 

The Responsibilities:

Plans, conducts, and evaluates sensory analysis Leads sensory panel participation and training Manages trials, specials and ITT program Develops, trends and summarizes sensory information and data Facilitates sensory quality improvement and problem solving

 

The Other Qualifications:

Possess a proven track record of achievement in a high speed, high volume manufacturing environment Demonstrable evidence of driving World Class Supply Initiatives to deliver on challenging objectives You love a challenge. You complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of the business priorities.  You act with appropriate urgency to various market events and trends that require a quick turnaround in plans and strategy  You are serious about delivering results, and take pride in a proven track record in delivering. You will have a BS or BA degree in a science related field of study (Chemistry, Biochemistry, Cereal Science, Microbiology, Food Science, Agronomy, Chemical Engineering preferred) or 2 or more years of experience in quality related processes or science experience in a food processing or beverage facility with sensory analysis experience We prefer you also have an advanced degree or certificate in sensory, brewing or quality related processes (e.g. IBD, CQE, UC Davis Sensory & Consumer Science Certificate Program)
