Key Responsibilities:
Manage and ensure the optimum working of sensory facilities (booths, labs, computers/software, databases etc.) by being the POC for the Facility Manager and organize and manage the purchase and supply of the stock of all materials needed for the sensory testing activities.Be a strong support to ensure that Quality standards and Health and Safety best practices are followed, maintained and kept up to date by liaising regularly with the Lab Champion and the SHE Manager (suggest training needs and foster quality standards, help with documents internal audits and other quality activities, be able to work closely with other labs, if requested).Support the external recruitment agencies’ Point of Contact in the procurement part and with the recruitment and the management of the external panel.Routinely organise activities needed for the sensory tests execution, including documentations, preparation of test materials and practical execution of sensory tests.Welcome, supervise and monitor external and internal sensory panellists.Maintain the sensory facilities, laboratories and stores, in a clean and tidy state to facilitate the efficient management and flexibility of resources.

You bring:
Successful candidate will be a graduate with: Good A levels or equivalent with a scientific background and min 3-year experience in a similar role, or administrative/laboratory technician role;Good ability to follow written and verbal instructions with minimal supervision;Good communication skills, and confidence to give instructions to panellists;Detail orientated and a spirit of initiative and a teamplayer; fostering collaboration and committment;Confident about your computer skills (Excel, Word & Power Point);Professional English language.
