_Northrop Grumman Defense Systems is seeking a_ **_Principal / Sr Principal Data Insight Analyst_** _. This position is located in_ **_Roy, Utah or Huntsville, Alabama_** _and supports the_ **_Sentinel_** _program. This role may offer a competitive relocation assistance package._
**What You’ll Get To Do:**
**Specific duties to include, but are not limited to the following:**
+ Supports the SDS Division in the continued improvement of global supply chain tools, processes, systems, and work instructions
+ Understanding and experience in specifying, collecting, processing and presenting information from potentially several disparate data sets
+ Collaboration with the division, sector, and enterprise Digital Transformation Office for roll out and engagement of supply chain digital solutions
+ Supporting the Subcontracts organization by helping manage the workflows and access requests for the SAMS tool (Supplier Assessment Management System)
+ Develops solutions to complex problems that are consistent with organization objectives
+ Contributes to the overall learning and development of Global Supply Chain employees and other stakeholders on various Global Supply Chain (GSC) topics

This positions standard work schedule is a 9/80. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off. This role may offer a competitive relocation assistance package.
**Job Qualifications**
**You’ll Bring These Qualifications:**
**Principal Data Insight Analyst:** Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of related experience; or a masters degree with 3 years of related experience; or a PhD with 1 year of related experience; an additional 4 years of related experience can be considered in lieu of a degree
**Sr Principal Data Insight Analyst:** Bachelor’s degree with 8 years of related experience; or a masters degree with 6 years of related experience; or a PhD with 4 years of related experience; an additional 4 years of related experience can be considered in lieu of a degree
**Required for Both Level(s):**
+ Must have U.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government DoD secret security clearance
+ Must have 2+ years of in-depth experience with SAP, or similar ERP System(s)
+ Must be able to effectively communicate and collaborate with the management of other organizations (program management, contracts, business management, etc.)
**These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:**
+ Knowledge and practical experience with Tableau, GitHub, and Microsoft SQL Server
+ Experience with Microsoft Tools Suite, including SharePoint, Lists, and Power Automate
+ Master’s Degree in related field
+ Prior work experience in Aerospace & Defense
+ Experience in a Global Supply Chain role
+ Expertise in the government regulations FAR and DFARS
+ Previous experience leading cross functional teams
+ Active DoD Secret Clearance
+ Prior experience working classified programs
+ Motivated, organized, and have effective time management skills
Salary Range: $86,600.00 - $143,600.00Salary Range 2: $107,800.00 - $178,800.00
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
