Our client is an established, multi-office residential real estate brokerage in the Upper Midwest, serving home buyers and sellers across multiple local markets. They combine deep local expertise with the marketing reach of a nationally recognized brand to deliver high-touch, results-driven service. To support continued growth, they are investing in data-driven SEO to increase qualified traffic, leads, and closed transactions.

Why does this role exist?
This role exists to turn SEO data into clear, actionable insights that drive more qualified organic traffic and lead conversions for a multi-market real estate business. The SEO Analyst will go beyond surface metrics to uncover the “why” behind performance changes, build accurate reports and forecasts, and communicate findings confidently to stakeholders. By monitoring performance daily and following established SOPs, this role will proactively identify growth opportunities and ensure stakeholders always understand what is happening, why it’s happening, and what to do next.

The Impact you’ll makeDeep performance analysis and insight generation\nDiagnose fluctuations in traffic, conversions, and revenue; identify trends, correlations, and root causes.\nBuild and maintain segmented dashboards (by market, device, page type, intent) in Looker Studio or equivalent.\nTranslate analyses into clear narratives and forecasts that explain the “why,” not just the “what.”\nActionable SEO strategy and execution support\nDevelop prioritized recommendations across technical SEO, on-page/content, internal linking, and local SEO.\nCreate hypothesis-driven test plans with success metrics and timelines; track impact post-implementation.\nPartner with content/website teams to implement changes and verify results.\nReporting, QA, and stakeholder communication\nOwn weekly/monthly reporting; validate tracking, goals, and data integrity with a documented QA process.\nPresent performance updates and strategic recommendations in clear, client-ready English.\nMaintain a consistent update cadence; flag unusual spikes/drops immediately with initial findings.\nAI-assisted analysis and efficiency\nUse AI (with strong prompt writing) to accelerate data synthesis, draft narratives, and scenario forecasts.\nAutomate repetitive reporting tasks while validating AI outputs for accuracy.\nMaintain a prompt/SOP library to improve repeatability and speed.\nSOP adherence and continuous improvement\nFollow established SOPs; ask clarifying questions; document and suggest improvements when needed.\nMonitor performance daily and keep an insights log of issues, actions, and outcomes.\nIdentify growth opportunities via keyword gap, SERP feature, and local pack performance analyses.\n
