Key Responsibilities
Website Optimization: Develop and optimize websites for both mobile and desktop.SEO Strategy: Identify common search trends using industry tools and create content to boost organic visibility.Content Creation: Research, write, and edit SEO-focused content, including meta titles, descriptions, headlines, and image tags.Competitive Analysis: Monitor competitor activities and search trends to gain insights and propose innovative strategies.Team Collaboration: Partner with Paid Media/SEM teams, Marketing Managers, and vendor partners to align strategies and build custom content.Content Audits: Conduct regular audits to identify content/keyword gaps and maintain website accuracy.Industry Awareness: Stay updated on Lithia events, OEM product releases, and vehicle refreshes to propose relevant content.Mentorship: Lead and mentor Online Content Specialists, develop growth plans, and foster collaboration.Campaign Execution: Own strategic campaigns, initiate seasonal content, and develop efficient processes to ensure effective communication.Skills and Qualifications
