The Role\: Safety, Environment and Real Estate Specialist

What will you do?

Responsible for the research, coordination, implementation, and management of health, safety and environmental issues including waste disposal, air/water quality, pollution control, hazardous waste and the safety of APC’s structural, mechanical, civil and electrical management. Prepares permit applications and performs health, safety and environmental regulatory reviews.Performs periodic inspections of facility operations, participates in reviews of other facilities' health, safety and environmental activities and participates in audits.Develops and maintains appropriate documentation to assure compliance with governmental regulations.Conduct training regarding Fire Safety, Accident Prevention, Occupational Safety and Health Programs, Electrical Safety and to formulates and implements safety policies, rules, procedures and standards.
