Job Description

To service guests and ensure their complete satisfaction with our restaurant.

Responsibilities

Essential Functions:

Have full knowledge of all menus and beverage menus.Have full knowledge of responsible alcohol service.Have full knowledge and certification in safe food handling practices.Proper setup and breakdown of area and service station.Clean floors of dining room and outdoor area.Complete restaurant set-up and breakdown/side-work.Provide the highest quality guest interactions – Use guest names during interactions.Keep working area neat and clean.Take food and beverage orders from guests.Enter in orders to the computer ensuring accuracy and timeliness.Prepare beverages quickly and efficiently, following written and visual standards.Follow service standards and best practices at all times.Demonstrate excellent teamwork with other departments and associates.Perform any other duties as assigned by the restaurant manager or supervisors.Set up Patio Area / Umbrellas. Qualifications

Physical Job Requirements (for essential functions only)

Able to stand for extended periods of timeAble to read and write English proficientlyAble to lift and carry 20lbs routinely, and up to 50lbs occasionallyAble to walk, sit, stand, squat and reach in the course of daily businessAble to work quickly in a high-pressure environment, keeping a calm and polite attitude
