Job Description

To wait on tables promptly, courteously and to serve the guest in any way possible.

Responsibilities

Essential Functions:

Have full knowledge of all menus and beverage menus.Have full knowledge of responsible alcohol service.Have full knowledge and certification in safe food handling practices.Proper setup and breakdown of area and service station.Clean floors of dining room and bar area.Complete restaurant set-up and breakdown/side-work.Provide the highest quality guest interactions – Use guest names during interactions.Keep working area neat and clean.Take food and beverage orders from guests.Enter in orders to the computer ensuring accuracy and timeliness.Prepare beverages quickly and efficiently, following written and visual standards.Follow service standards and best practices at all times.Demonstrate excellent teamwork with other departments and associates.Perform any other duties as assigned by the restaurant manager or supervisors.Shovel Ice into ice cart. Push and pull ice cart to pool locations.Perform Pool sweeps to ensure cleanliness of pool deck.
