In this administrator position, you will support the technical needs of both internal and external customers to create and maintain solutions on premise or in cloud to meet performance expectations and align with security requirements.  Office365, Teams, SharePoint, backup, recovery, and support tasks for on premise or cloud environments.  All activities and tasks will be conducted with utmost respect, professionalism, and courtesy.   Essential Duties and Responsibilities:   + Configuration and/or installation of Servers and Software + Monitoring and Management of Servers and Network Performance + Monitor and respond to network, server, storage related alarms + Cross functional coordination with server, storage, workstation, and application areas with emphasis on security compliance + Management Reporting + Creation and Maintenance of Server/Network Documentation + Creation and Maintenance of Processes and Procedures + Office365, Teams, SharePoint setup, security, and monitoring + Performs related duties as assigned or requested.     MUST REQUIREMENTS to be considered:   4+ years of experience working as a server administrator working with all the following technologies:    + Experience with Office365 and SharePoint Administration + PowerShell scripting + Active directory + Antivirus and security tools + Networking R&S + Backup Solutions   -Bachelor's degree in systems engineering or related IT field.   -Advanced English level   Desired but not required:   + Experience with various monitoring software (SolarWinds, Nagios, QRadar, SNOW, Tufins etc) + Experience with NextGen Firewalls (Fortinet, Cisco) + Experience with Citrix, Xenapp, VDI and NetScaler + Experience with Hypervisors like VMWare + Certifications: CompTIA Server+, Azure Certifications, Office365 certification, CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+.   Soft Skills   To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.  The requirements below are representative of the knowledge, skill or ability required.   + Must have strong written and verbal communication skills to be able to present to a target audience. + Strong troubleshooting skills of very complex systems + Excellent problem-solving skills in resolving issues with complex systems. + Good end user presentation skills. Able to communicate technical information to users in a non-technical manner. + Ability to multitask + Maintain productivity in fast-paced environment + Work with minimal supervision + Possess a strong curiosity and enjoy learning about technology in general. This is a position that will afford exposure to a wide variety of technology and will require continuous learning and skills improvement.
