Job Description Summary
The Server Assistant (Bus Attendant) is responsible for consistently delivering results that contribute to the mission and overall success of the hotel by accomplishing performance objectives covering the hotel's food service venues. The Bus Attendant sets up, services, and breaks down the food and beverage areas where they are assigned, ensuring high quality, consistency, and service. The Bus Attendant also assists the Restaurant Servers with cleaning guest tables and the restaurant area.Job Description
Hours – Part Time / Weekends 5:30AM-Noon. Possibility of more hours available on weeknights
Principle duties and responsibilities (Essential Functions) include:
Key Job Functions
Establish service standards throughout the guest experience. Ascertain guest satisfaction. o Assist service staff as directed by the manager.
Supply assigned station with all items needed for daily operation.
Serve water, coffee, juice, and other beverages and refills.
Clear extra place settings at the table.
Maintain customer relations at the table.
Complete all closing side work properly.
Perform any duties as requested by the manager.
Handle stress and multiple tasks (to organize service steps).
Maintains good interpersonal relations with guests and co-workers.

Qualifications and Skills
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. 1-2 years of restaurant experience
Track record of delivering exceptional guest or client experience
Communication skills are utilized a significant amount of time for training and safety purposes, and when interacting with guests and associates.

The pay rate is $11 plus tips per hour. Base pay offered may vary depending on various factors including but not limited to job-related knowledge, skills, and job-specific experience/overall experience.
