JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

Assists Servers in serving the guests

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (other duties may be assigned)

Delivers food to the guests Cleans, resets and maintains tables. Assists in side work and maintains all side stations. Stocks service areas of the food and beverage departments. Informs the supervisor when stock is needed.  Refills ice wells as needed. Keeps a clean and orderly work area. May be required to work in all food and beverage areas at the direction of the Food & Beverage Supervisor or above. Must adhere to all Tribal Ordinance, Regulations, and the ACCRS and SRC System of Internal Controls, and Standard Operating Procedures.
