How you will enjoy your day: 

To facilitate food and beverage service to each guest in an expedient, professional and courteous manner.  Assist servers as necessary.

Work Performed:

Arrive at scheduled start time in appropriate uniform and ready for workUniform must be neat and pressedCollect and set up any necessary equipment to perform job including side-workKnow all menus and wine listsServe guests and internal employees in established standardsReset tables with all items including proper, polished service wareKeep workstation clean at all times.Read all memosMaintain a positive and professional attitude towards guests and co-workersReport to Restaurant Manager before ending work shiftAct as an ambassador of Enchantment by speaking positively of the Resort at all timesFoster a work environment of teamwork and mutual service by assisting co-workers and other departments as necessary to ensure guest satisfactionKnow resort layoutWork efficiently and as a teamOther duties as assigned
