Provide food service to guests attending banquet functions. Set-up banquet functions and special events following established procedures and directions in the Banquet Event Order.

 

Responsibilities

Role Responsibilities:

Responsible for the food and beverage service of Banquet department events while demonstrating proper service techniques.Sets and clears tables of china, glass and silverware. Checks with guest periodically to ascertain whether any additional items are desired. Responsible for side work assigned per shift. Provides a great experience for every guest, every time through courteous interaction. Keeps informed of continually changing promotions, events and services.Good customer service skills. Neat and clean appearance. Preferred a minimum of 6 months previous server experience. Service style of restaurant concept may require additional experience. Qualifications
