The Quail is seeking a Server/Bartender to join our amazing Food & Beverage Department.

Key Accountabilities
Ensure each guest receives consistent services and products
Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant guests
Sell and serve food and beverage to guests in the Club's dining outlets
Execute all duties as requested by immediate supervisors
Understand and perform basic table service
Responsible for ongoing food, wine and service education provided by management
General Requirements
Must be able to work early morning, day, weekend and holiday shifts as needed
Prior experience in food and beverage, including 1-2 years of bartending experience
Serve Safe Certification preferred
Responsible Beverage Service Certification
Ability to multitask and have great communication skills
Salary: $16.50 + Gratuities
