Position: Beverage Cart Attendant & Server

Position Summary:
This dual-role position requires working as both a Beverage Cart Attendant and a Server. The employee must be flexible and able to switch between these roles based on scheduling and business needs. The ideal candidate will be professional, friendly, and dedicated to providing excellent customer service. Weekend and holiday availability is required.
Job Tasks (Duties) including but not limited to:
Beverage Cart Attendant Duties:
• Always drive the beverage cart safely around the golf course.
• Provide food and beverages to members and their guests.
• Keep the cart and shack always stocked.
• Clean beverage cart and lock cabinets at the end of the day.
• Ring in daily sales at the end of each shift.
• Take inventory when requested at the end of each month.
• Maintain and exhibit proper golf course etiquette.
• Follow standard operating procedures set forth by management.
Server Duties:
• Greet members and guests.
• Present menus and inform members and guests of any specials.
• Make recommendations and answer questions regarding food and beverage items.
• Take food and beverage orders and input them into the POS system.
• Keep the dining room clean and organized.
• Present bills and handle cash and credit card transactions.
• Keep members informed on upcoming events.
Requirements:
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to lift/move up to 20 lbs.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Previous customer service experience preferred but not required.
• Positive attitude.
• Night and weekend availability is a must.
• Flexible schedule with availability on weekends and holidays.
