Description Greet guests, maintains proper dining experience, delivers items, fulfills guest’s needs, up
sells items, offers drinks and desserts, removes courses, refills drinks and replenishes
silverware.
Takes orders and sends them to kitchen staff through the POS system. Has a working knowledge of the menu, promotions, special events and other propertyinformation.
Helps maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the restaurant by completing themandatory side work designated by manager on duty.
Accurately collects money for orders served and follows point-of-sale proceduresaccurately and gives receipt to patron.
Performs opening/closing duties as designated by the manager on duty. May assist with casino restaurant with food prep, food handling, stocking, and cashierduties as needed.
Must be able to stand and walk for prolong periods of time (7+ hours). Knowledgeable of the Indiana Gaming and ATC (state) regulations as well as internal controls, policies, and procedures. Always follow the Company Service Standards model. Must be available for regularly scheduled work and be able to work a variety of hours, holidays, and weekends.
