We're expanding our Food and Beverage team and searching for a Part-Time Server. Our private beachfront resort rests on Puerto Rico's northern coast, looking out over the Atlantic Ocean. Manuel Morales Beach is 10 minutes away, and central San Juan is 21 miles. Our ideal candidates have a minimum of 2 years as a server, have excellent communication skills, and are detail oriented.

Pay Rate: $7.25 per hour

Shift Pattern: 4PM-11PM 3-4 days per week

What will I be doing?

\n

As a Waiter/ess (Server), you are responsible for serving guests in a friendly, timely, and efficient manner to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience. A Waiter/ess (Server) will also be required to have extensive knowledge of menu offerings. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

\n\nManage guest queries in a friendly, timely, and efficient manner\nServe Alcoholic/non-Alcoholic beverages in conjunction with licensing/liquor regulations for residents and non-residents\nEnsure knowledge of menu and all products\nEnsure mis-en-place is well stocked at all floor stations\nFollow correct reporting procedures if faced with issues\nEnsure Food and Beverage orders are of a consistently good standard and delivered in a timely manor\nPractice Hilton Grooming standards including uniform dress code, cleanliness and personal hygiene\nComply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation\n
