Job Description

Starting Rate of Pay: $16.05 per hour

As a Server with Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge, you will be an ambassador for the exceptional service and cuisine that are hallmarks of our dining experience. In this role you will support the hotel by:

Assist guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful waySell and up-sell menu and beverage items in a positive, professional mannerHave full knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, contents and preparation methodsDeliver and present food items to guest tablesPerform opening, cleaning and closing dutiesOther duties as assigned
Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:

6 months a-la-carte serving experience required in the last 5 yearsSuccessful completion of Food and Beverage test required 80% or above.Pro Serve certification required                                Previous point of sale system experience an asset
