About the role:
As a Server Systems Engineer on TQL’s IT Infrastructure Team, you will be joining a close-knit group of Server Engineers. Our Server Engineers design, install, maintain, repair and upgrade infrastructure.

What you’ll be doing:

\n\nExchange Server Management: Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot a hybrid Exchange environment\nIntegration: Integrate Exchange with other systems and applications, such as Active Directory, Office 365, and third-party email solutions. Ensure seamless interoperability and data flow\nProvide exceptional support to end-users by efficiently managing and resolving Exchange-related tickets. Communicate clearly and professionally with users to understand their issues, provide timely updates, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction\nCollaborate with IT Teams: Work with other departments to support business operations\nProject Execution: execute, and oversee server-related projects, including upgrades, migrations, and new implementations\nDocumentation: Develop and maintain documentation for server systems and processes\n\n

What you need:

\n\n3-5 years of hands-on experience as a Server Systems Engineer\n2+ years Exchange Online and On Prem experience\nAbility to provide on call support\nPowerShell experience\nVMware experience\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent amount of relevant work experience   \nAbility to travel as needed\n\n
