AVI Foodsystems is looking for an energetic and optimistic team member to fill the role of Server at Tiffin University Wall Street Pub & Grille in Tiffin, OH. Our servers make $8.80 per hour plus tips.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Washing glassware and utensils after each use Efficiently and accurately operating cash register according to standards A strong knowledge of the menu along with ingredients of dishes Accurately taking orders and serving customers Meeting or exceeding client service time standards and expectations on a daily basis Setting up, serving, and cleaning up serving areas in a timely manner and according to established guidelines Communicating with manager and other team members to ensure high quality products and service Suggestively selling items to guests Other duties as required and assigned

Job Requirements:

1-3 years restaurant serving experience preferred Able to read, write and perform basic math Able to follow verbal and written instructions Must be customer oriented, organized and detail oriented Exceptional interpersonal skills and decision making ability Able to work flexible schedule High standard of personal hygiene Monday-Saturday from 11am-8pm
