Service Account Manager

Summary: Seeking a Service Account Manager to oversee field service technicians, manage service delivery for a customer portfolio, and ensure smooth operations.

Job Requirements:

Post-secondary degree in Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience.

Minimum 5 years in services or sales, preferably in industrial/engineering/automation.

Familiarity with automation, robotics, mechanical/electrical/software systems.

Knowledge of service business principles, especially in the tire industry and grocery retail.

Ability to identify sales opportunities.

Technical proficiency in Microsoft Suite and AutoCAD.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in project management.

Familiarity with IFS Control System.

Job Responsibilities:

Supervise and lead 10 direct reports of field service technicians.

Assign tasks, manage scheduling, and provide coaching and performance reviews.

Build strong customer relationships and address service issues as the primary contact for designated customers.

Plan and schedule service activities such as maintenance, repairs, and installations.

Track KPIs including service response times, productivity, and satisfaction; provide updates and identify improvement areas.

Assist in managing the field service budget and monitor operational expenses.



Pay Details: $115,000.00 to $120,000.00 per year
