SIG is enforcing service team and we are looking for a Service Account Manager to join our Service Team in Nordics. You will report to the local Managing Director of Nordic and cooperate closely with the Head of Service. The position will be fulfilled soonest the candidate is found. It is possible to work home office based outside Nordic & Baltic area.

 

Your primary function is to ensure and maintain optimum service quality while considering SIG’s and customers´ requirements. With your excellent customer relations and communication skills you will create an optimal cooperation between different departments of SIG and our customers. You will act as an ambassador for SIG to ensure a good relationship to our customers and high customer satisfaction.

  The location of the job can either be on the Linnich Site in Germany or a remote office in Finland. We offer flexibility to work from home and this role is fully stationary with no frequent need to travel to customers.   #LI-DD1 Key responsibilities Leadership of Field Service Engineers Single point of contact for our customers and internal departments for all relevant technical service topics (ensuring and maintaining optimum service quality and customer satisfaction) Increase revenues and profitability in the area of responsibility through a comprehensive service strategy Active participation in negotiations with customers and establishment of service agreements Prepare, execute and follow-up/reporting on regular and extraordinary customer meetings on service topics (commercial and technical), incl. creation of needed documentation (e.g. calculations, quotes and customer presentations) Support in escalations and/or customer complaints to resolve promptly conflict situations by respecting customers and SIG interests Planning of preventive- and corrective maintenances with Service Coordinator, as well as implementation of must-points at our customer's site Constant personnel development of your service team (annual people appraisals, training needs etc.) Assure correct budgeting, realization of financial results of the customers and cost-centers as well as payments of invoices Implement value-adding service products in the area of responsibility to continuously improve internal and external KPIs

 

  You bring these skills, experience & education Master's degree ideally with graduate in the field of electrical, mechanical, process or industrial engineering Fluent English, Nordic language is seen an asset but not mandatory Experience in managing a Service team is an advantage Knowledge of aseptic filling is an advantage Cooperation with our customers thus regular travels to customer sites are required (travel time up to 50%) Good Microsoft Office User skills, SAP knowledge is an advantage Valid driving license (cat. B)
