If you are a customer-focused problem solver, Kenworth of Baltimore would like to talk with you about a Service Admin. Asst. opening on our growing team. You will be the first point of contact with our customers. This role helps manage the center of communications for all repair activities and acts as a liaison between customers and the dealership. We are searching for a detail oriented, excellent communicator with strong administrative skills. You will understand the customer's concerns and manage expectations. This role has an opportunity to grow into a Service Writer. Pay is $20-$25 per hour and eligible for benefits.

Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to the service teamSchedule appointments and assist in generating estimates for customersDocument repair and service orders in the correct fashionEstablish and maintain a strong and positive working relationship with customers to encourage customer retention and referral business Follow up with progress calls and/or emails to customers regarding any changes in the estimate or pick up timeAll other duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience

High School Diploma or GED requiredValid Driver’s LicenseMust have excellent customer service skillsAbility to multi-task, prioritize, and work efficiently
