Service Administrative

CentiMark Corporation is North America's leading commercial and industrial roofing contractor. CentiMark offers a full complement of new and replacement roof systems including single-ply EPDM rubber, single-ply thermoplastics, modified bitumen, built-up roofing, metal roofing, spray polyurethane foam and roof maintenance coatings.

We are currently seeking a Service Admin. in our Syracuse NY location. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and processing paperwork in an SAP application.

Pay range is $22K-$30K depending on experience!

DUTIES INCLUDE:

 Supporting the department with day-to-day business needs Order Entry Invoicing Collecting on invoices Creating and maintaining reports in MS Excel Ordering supplies Managing a multi-line telephone system Processing all incoming & outgoing mail

POSITION REQUIRES:

 Excellent communication, follow up, interpersonal skills Customer service experience Able to work independently Organizational & data entry skills with attention to detail Superb time management skills Self-starter with a willingness to learn Ability to handle multiple tasks with efficiency and accuracy Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint and the Internet SAP Experience a Plus!
