Job Purpose
Daily communication with the service team and technicians. Management of customer call out requests.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Daily communication with technicians via telephone and email To manage and respond to customer requirement and call out requests Provide admin support to the service department in dealing with management of service requests, maintenance and topping planning Creation and management of orders in SAP Creation and management of Service Activity and planned maintenance in SARM Data collection and input of data for service reports in excel Work closely with and support Service Controllers Respond to internal and external emails in Outlook Arrange and manage scrap collections for external partner Knowledge / Experience Ability to interact and communicate effectively Basic Microsoft excel and word skills Skills / Competencies Good communication skills and able to liaise with team members Ability to promote teamwork within the department
