Service Administrator

You will provide timely and effective administrative services to the Builds Team, as well as its customers. You will develop relationships and build trust.

Key Responsibilities Open and close jobs for allocated machines Raise all purchase orders and travel authorities relevant to allocated machines Assist with scheduling of services Site mobilisation functions Receipt purchase orders on receipt of the goods and services Provide fortnightly WIP report to review invoice targets Update data bases, filing and generating reports Develop build manuals for Liebherr new machine assemblies. Formalize defect reports from machine inspections. Compile commissioning document requests. About You Cert IV in relevant discipline OR minimum 3 years relevant administrative experience Advanced MS Office computer literacy and proficiency Initiative and self-drive Problem solving skills Sense of Pride and high attention to detail in all that you do Proficient oral and written communication skills
