Job Type: Full-time | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
Pay Rate: $24/hour

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated Service Administrator III (Customer Care Advisor) to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience. If you have strong computer skills, organizational abilities, and a passion for helping customers, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

Serve as the first point of contact for customers, both in person and over the phone. Build and maintain positive relationships with key customers. Assess customer needs and gather necessary information to support them effectively. Create and manage work orders in our systems. Provide updates to customers regarding service status. Use electronic tools (dongle and 9-pin connector) to plug into trucks, capture downloads, and troubleshoot issues. Document troubleshooting steps and service activities for accurate recordkeeping. Assist in processing warranty claims and escalating technical issues when needed.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent. Proficient in computer systems and software tools. Strong customer service and organizational skills. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues. Experience using diagnostic tools, capturing downloads, and creating work orders (experience with Guidanz is a plus). Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with customers and team members.
