What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience as a service advisor or customer service representative in the automotive industry
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to build trust and rapport with customers
Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance and repair
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and listen to their service concerns
Clearly explain recommended maintenance and repair services
Prepare accurate repair orders and cost estimates
Communicate with technicians and keep customers updated on vehicle status
Ensure exceptional customer service from check-in to vehicle delivery
