Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose and address customer vehicle concerns, verify warranties and service contracts, and develop accurate repair estimatesServe as the communication bridge between customers and technicians, ensuring a clear understanding of service needsWrite and process repair orders (RO), ensuring customer approval and accurate entry into the service databaseCalculate and communicate costs for materials, labor, and deductibles, maintaining transparent customer records
