What You’ll Do:

Greet service customers with professionalism and enthusiasm

Communicate clearly about vehicle needs, repairs, and timelines

Coordinate with technicians and parts department to ensure efficient workflow

Provide accurate cost estimates and keep customers updated throughout the process

Promote additional services when appropriate, always focusing on customer satisfaction

Handle administrative tasks including repair orders, warranty claims, and service records

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar customer service role preferred

Strong communication and organizational skills

Automotive knowledge is a plus, but not required — we’ll train the right person

Positive attitude and commitment to delivering top-tier customer service

Ability to thrive in a busy, team-oriented environment
