RideNow Powersports is seeking a highly motivated Service Advisor to join our team. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and acting as a liaison between our customers and technicians. If you have a passion for powersports and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect position for you.
Requirements
+ Prior experience as a Service Advisor in the powersports industry
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
+ Strong customer service orientation and ability to build rapport with clients
+ Strong problem-solving skills
+ Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
+ Attention to detail and accuracy
+ Proficiency in computer systems and ability to learn new software quickly
+ Valid driver's license
