Responsibilities:
Customer Contact at the branch:
Customer contact for repair schedulingContact for repair completion/statusSeek approval on repair estimates from internal or external customerConfirm the readiness of machines for sales people/coordinatorsRespond to Equipment Link Alerts escalated by condition monitoringContact for invoice disputesWork with credit on uncollected CODSales/Internal Communication/Contact:
Update sales people on customer machines in the shop and field (include pictures)Update sales people on shop/workload capacityArrange and Support Transportation for non-rental (ZRS & Heavy) transportsService Contract Initiation:
Organize the flow parts kits, service contracts, and technology set-upsMonitor unexecuted service contractsMain point of contact for service contractsCheck for service letters, safety letters, field campaigns, Equipment ID Requirements, and CVAs when opening a service callService Call Opening:
Open service calls and segmentsResearch warranty when opening a call or when requestedUse Standard Jobs when availableSchedule serviceContact credit for needed overrides & new account set-upsWorkflow Management:
Communicates clearly and frequently with the supervisors on the status of the jobs in the shop and fieldDoes not provide work instruction to techniciansSupports WIP management in conjunction with Service Call Administrators and Shop SupervisorQualifications:
High school degree/GED required; Associate’s degree preferred7+ years of customer service experience requiredMechanical aptitude requiredStrong computer and Microsoft Office experience (Outlook, Word, Excel)Strong phone and customer service requiredIndustry experience strongly preferred*IndO
Minimum Physical Requirements:
